01 Get found · LinkedIn Blueprint

US recruiters search every day. Today they can't find you.

They search by title, keyword and skill, and only stop at profiles that show results. A translated profile isn't enough. LinkedIn Blueprint optimizes your whole profile for what US recruiters search for and evaluate, with rules calibrated to your field and seniority: it simulates their search for your role, scores you from 0 to 10 across 6 dimensions and rewrites every section, ready to paste.

The US recruiter's search"sales manager" AND "B2B"
vs
Your profile today"Supervisora de Vendas"

You never meet. The Blueprint shows why you don't show up and fixes every section.

  • ✓A 0 to 10 score across 6 dimensions, weighted like a recruiter: experience and impact 25%, headline 20%, international readiness 20%.
  • ✓A search simulation of what the recruiter would type for your role, and why your profile doesn't show up in it.
  • ✓Headline and About repositioned for the role you want in the US, with the keywords recruiters type into the search.
  • ✓Experience rewritten with scope and results, the way a US recruiter reads it. Nothing made up: a missing number becomes [X] for you to fill in.
  • ✓Skills suggested for your role: what to add, what to remove and which to pin to the top, since those are the ones that show in search results.
  • ✓Metrics Discovery Guide: think you have no numbers? The guide asks the right questions for your field and shows where to find your results.
  • ✓Connection Strategy and checklist: ready-made searches to find who hires, a goal of 10 to 15 connections a day, an outreach script and what to do today and this week.
  • ✓5 video lessons with Mariana: the US market, how recruiters actually find you, LinkedIn optimization step by step and the Blueprint demo.

Stack, scale and results. That gets interviews.
03 Pass the interview · Interview Ready

You get interviews, but no offers.

1:1 coaching is expensive, and generic tips for a whole room don't prepare anyone for a real interview. Here, the prep is built for the interview you're about to have: your resume, that role, that company, that round. Change one of them and the whole prep changes. Company A's technical round isn't prepared the same way as company B's.

Same resume, same role. A different prep for every round. The guide and Charlie change completely in each round, calibrated to what the interviewer evaluates there and to your field and seniority.

01 · The role guide

A guide written for your interview.

It reads your resume, the role and the company to understand what they evaluate in that round, and cross-checks it with our map of real questions, by function and by round. You get the likely questions with answers built from your own career, and even what to ask the interviewer. For developers, live coding and system design.

02 · Charlie, the interview coach

The dress rehearsal for your interview.

You do the interview before it counts. With the same foundation as the guide (your resume, the role, the company and the map of real questions), Charlie interviews you by voice, in English, in the round you choose, digging into what you just said. In minutes, you get the report with your exact sentences, what's already above the bar and a model for each answer.

03 · Pam, the English teacher

Unlock your English before you need it.

A bonus in Interview Ready. Pam talks with you by voice, at your level, about real work situations: a team meeting, explaining what you do, disagreeing politely. She lets you speak without interrupting and, at the end, shows where you slipped, how to say it better and the one thing to practice in your next conversation.

In other words: a whole year of platform costs about one day of work in dollars. Even in a USD 2K a month job, it pays for itself in less than a week. The care is the same Mariana and Matías gave every client they served one by one. The difference is that now the platform does the heavy lifting, and it costs the same for one person or a thousand. That's what keeps the price accessible without lowering the bar. And waiting costs too: every month without the job is a salary in dollars left on the table.

Mariana Mavila

“The Annual is the best value at Unlock: for less than the price of three Quarterlies, you get four. And the math weighs even more for those who start on the Quarterly and find out they need more time: that's R$ 974 for 6 months, R$ 1.461 for 9. A real search takes months, and a year lets you do it calmly, without racing against the renewal. It's also where everything works together: the job comes from our curated list with the tailored resume and, when you mark Interview, the guide and Charlie are already ready for it. And the platform keeps evolving: whatever we launch during the year comes into your plan, with your price guaranteed for as long as you stay subscribed.”

600+ placements. Then we built the system.

For years, this hiring eye only reached the people we served one by one. FAQ

Everything that usually comes to mind before you start.

Is UnlockCareer only for tech people?+

No. The platform covers engineering, product, design, marketing, sales, finance, operations, customer success, AI and data, DevOps, QA, HR, legal and more. Everything (LinkedIn, resume, AI Match, Analytics, interview guides) is calibrated by field and seniority.

The curation changes all the time, with 1,700+ active roles today. Here's the snapshot by field:

Engineering and techSoftware Developer (Backend, Frontend, FullStack) (329) · Data (Data Engineer, Data Scientist, Data Analyst) (107) · DevOps (Cloud Engineer, SRE) (95) · Engineering Management (75) · AI / Machine Learning Engineer (63) · Application Support (56) · Security / Cybersecurity (49) · QA (40) · Mobile Developer (iOS, Android) (29) · AI Trainer / Data Annotator (21) · Architect / Principal Engineer (19)
Product and DesignProject / Product Management (117) · Design (UX, UI, Product Design) (101)
Marketing, Sales and CustomerMarketing / Content / Copywriting (218) · Sales / Business Development / Partnerships (127) · Customer Success / Customer Support (56) · Solutions Engineer / Sales Engineer (33)
Operations, Finance and PeopleOperations / RevOps / BizOps / Chief of Staff (68) · Finance / Accounting (57) · People / HR (42) · Legal / Compliance (27) · Assistant (Virtual, Executive, Administrative) (26)
Other fieldsOther (37) · Medical (4)

Software is the largest category, but Marketing, Product, Sales and Design come right after. The second and third largest fields aren't engineering. If your field isn't technical, there are opportunities for you today.

Is UnlockCareer a course?+

No. They're tools that do the work with you: they analyze and score your LinkedIn and your resume, generate the new versions in English, bring you verified USD jobs, match every role against your profile and simulate the interview by voice with Charlie. There are short lessons with Mariana on LinkedIn and resumes, but the tools are the core: you don't watch to do it alone later, you leave every session with the profile, the resume or the practice done.

Do I need fluent English?+

You need working English: being able to hold a conversation, understand and make yourself understood on a call. Interviews are in English and so is the day to day. You don't need a perfect accent or a native vocabulary; you need to communicate.

Inside Unlock, by the way, everything already happens in English: your profile, your analyses, your resume and your LinkedIn come out straight in the US standard. It's the language of the market you're aiming at, and the immersion starts with the first click. The interview guide fills in the prepared answers before each round, Charlie makes you practice out loud and Pam is there to talk in English until it clicks.

But we won't fool you: if you can't hold a conversation in English today, work on that in parallel, because no tool will pass the interview for you.

Does it work for juniors?+

Most curated roles ask for at least 3 years of experience. Junior roles exist, but in much smaller volume, and we won't promise otherwise.

If you're junior, use Unlock to prepare, knowing the journey may be longer: get your resume and LinkedIn to the US standard now, follow the curated jobs and what they ask for, apply to the ones that make sense and use AI Match to see exactly what your gap is in each role, with the action plan to close it. When the experience comes, you won't start from zero.

What's the difference between using Unlock's AI and doing it directly in ChatGPT/Claude?+

The difference isn't the AI model. It's what's behind it.

In ChatGPT, your resume goes through a generic prompt: no context about the US remote market, no criteria by seniority and a tendency to make up numbers and achievements you never had. It sounds good until the interviewer asks for details.

Unlock's AI thinks like a hiring team, because it was built by people who hire. There are up to 4,000 lines of rules per tool, calibrated on more than 200 real resumes that passed our recruiting bar and were presented to clients, from junior to senior, in technical and non-technical fields. The match engine has gone past 50 versions; the resume engine, past 100. And the foundation of it all is 600+ placements in remote US roles: resumes reviewed, LinkedIn sourced and people prepared for interviews, one person at a time. The AI doesn't replace that knowledge. It puts it to work for you, in minutes.

In practice, that becomes rules: every critique points to the exact line of your resume, a number that isn't in your material doesn't show up, and the answer is calibrated to your seniority and field. The final text reads like a person, not like AI: varied verbs, rhythm, real company context, zero tired jargon.

ChatGPT gives you a draft. Unlock gives you the standard we'd use with a client paying to hire you.

Is Charlie different from asking ChatGPT to interview me?+

You can ask ChatGPT to interview you. What it doesn't do is what comes before and after the conversation.

In ChatGPT, you paste your resume and the role and write the instructions every time. The same AI that talks to you is the one grading you, with no fixed bar, no measuring of how you spoke and no checking of what it says about you. And for people interviewing in English as a second language, accent and answer quality end up in the same bucket.

With Charlie, the session comes ready with your resume, the role, the company research and the real questions for that round. It uses the same foundation as the guide, but doesn't repeat the guide: the questions vary, like in a real interview. It follows the real script for the round you choose, calibrated to the type of role and your seniority. It asks one question at a time, follows up on what you just said and only considers you done after a few seconds of silence, so no one cuts you off while you put your sentence together.

When the conversation ends, a different AI reads the whole transcript and applies the bar for that round. Every assessment needs a sentence of yours, checked word for word. Pace, filler words and answer length are calculated, not guessed. And English is assessed separately: your accent doesn't sink your content. Everything is saved per role, alongside the Tracker and the guide, so you can reread it before the real round.

Charlie is a spoken interview. Live coding and system design exercises aren't part of the simulation; for developers, those topics are in the role guide.

Will my rewritten resume look AI-generated?+

No. The system forces variety in verbs and sentence structure, uses the real context of the companies you worked for, and bans tired words like “leveraging” or “spearheading”. US recruiters spot AI text from a mile away, and our engine is built not to fall into that. The result has to sound like you, at your best, not like a robot.

What if I don't have a resume?+

No problem. Upload your LinkedIn PDF and we turn it into a resume in the US standard. You don't need to arrive with a finished resume to get started.

What's the difference between buying the doors separately and the all-in plan?+

With the standalone doors, each tool works with what you bring: in Interview Ready, for example, you paste the job description and upload your resume, and the prep comes out for it. It works, but you're the one bridging one stage to the next.

In the all-in plan, the platform builds the bridge: the job comes from our curated list with your match level, the tailored resume and the cover letter come out for it in one click, it goes into the Tracker, and when you mark “Interview”, the guide and the practice interview with Charlie are ready for that role. Analytics reads the whole funnel and points to where you're stuck. And LinkedIn Blueprint is included.

Can I start with one door and upgrade later?+

Yes. Each door works on its own: JobMatch, for example, already includes Resume Blueprint, so you can start with the jobs without buying anything first. When you want all three, the all-in plan comes in with everything you've already done preserved in your account.

Does paying in installments cost more?+

The monthly price on this page is the card installment, already including Hotmart's interest: 3x for JobMatch, Interview Ready and the Quarterly, 12x for the Annual and LinkedIn Blueprint. Upfront with Pix you pay the list price, no interest: for JobMatch, for example, R$ 297 instead of 3x of R$ 105,58.
