Senior AI Engineer (Agentic AI)

We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer to design and ship agentic AI applications: systems that reason, plan and execute workflows on their own. The role is fully remote from Brazil or Argentina. This is production work, not research or prototypes. What you build runs with real users, real latency and real cost.

What you will do
- Design and implement AI agents with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen or equivalent frameworks.
- Build RAG architectures and knowledge retrieval pipelines.
- Design multi-agent systems: orchestration, tool calling, planning and memory.
- Integrate agents with enterprise systems through APIs.
- Measure and improve correctness, latency and operating cost.
- Define AI use cases with Product, Data and Engineering.

What you need
- 5+ years as a software or AI engineer, including hands-on work taking agents to production.
- Strong Python, and REST APIs with FastAPI or Flask.
- RAG with a vector database (Pinecone, pgvector, Chroma, Weaviate or Milvus).
- Production experience on AWS, Azure or GCP.
- Working English, spoken and written.

Nice to have
MCP (Model Context Protocol). OpenAI, Anthropic or Gemini APIs. Human-in-the-loop patterns. Responsible AI and governance practices. Multi-agent architectures already running in production.

Remote from Brazil or Argentina. Full-time, long-term engagement.
