Senior Data Engineer

You will build the end-to-end data pipelines behind our analytics, reporting and ML systems. The role is fully remote from Brazil or Argentina. The work is mostly data engineering, with room to move into reporting models and speak the language of the business.

What you will do
- Build and maintain end-to-end pipelines with dbt, Airflow and Airbyte, from behavioral tracking to transactional data.
- Apply dimensional modeling to map business processes into an enterprise data model.
- Define best practices and reusable code for our stack, mainly in dbt.
- Partner with Product, Marketing and Revenue to turn their questions into pipelines.
- Document and own the core metrics of at least one business domain.
- Mentor other data engineers on the team.

What you need
- 5+ years building data models, pipelines and data warehouses.
- Advanced SQL, strong Python, and dimensional modeling.
- A cloud warehouse such as Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift or Databricks.
- The ability to turn a business requirement into a pipeline design.
- Fluent English, spoken and written.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or a related field.

Nice to have
dbt. Airbyte and Airflow. Semantic layers like Cube. Reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker or Qlik. Paid Media performance metrics. Agile and JIRA.

Remote from Brazil or Argentina. Full-time, long-term engagement.
