Senior Product Manager (Lending)

Senior Product Manager to scale an established lending product positioned between growth and maturity. The focus is on business growth, rapid prioritization, and fast-paced execution ("keep the business moving") rather than deep API architecture.

Remote position, based in Argentina.

Requirements

• Must: 8+ years of PM experience with a solid background in lending, banking, or credit products.
• English: mandatory.
• Must: Fast-paced operator who thrives in a "fast-moving" environment and excels at backlog grooming and strategic prioritization.
• Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication skills to influence and collaborate across Engineering, Data, Risk, Compliance, and Sales.
• Commercial Mindset: Focused on fintech business metrics, revenue growth, and balancing growth vs. risk.
• Analytical: Highly data-driven (SQL, Looker, funnels, OKRs) to drive product decisions.
• Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of credit lifecycles, underwriting, and loan origination.
• Nice to Have: Exposure to B2B2C, Embedded Lending, BNPL, and lending compliance
