Audio Annotation Trainer -Portuguese (Brazil)

Role Overview

We’re seeking skilled Portuguese (Brazil) Transcribers to accurately convert audio recordings into clear, well-structured written content. The ideal candidate will have excellent listening skills, strong attention to detail, and a deep understanding of Brazilian Portuguese.

What Does the Day-to-Day Look Like?

• Listen to audio recordings in Brazilian Portuguese and accurately transcribe the spoken content.
• Review and edit transcripts to ensure proper grammar, spelling, punctuation, and formatting.
• Identify different speakers and accurately label dialogue when required.
• Follow specific transcription guidelines and project instructions.
• Handle audio containing different accents, speaking styles, and levels of audio quality.
• Revise transcripts based on feedback.
• Deliver accurate, high-quality work within the established deadlines.
• Requirements
• Native or fluent proficiency in Portuguese (Brazil).
• Excellent listening and comprehension skills.
• Strong knowledge of Brazilian Portuguese grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and formatting guidelines.
• Reliable internet connection and access to a computer.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Good comprehension of English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience with transcription, subtitling, localization, or data annotation.
• Experience working with different Brazilian accents and regional expressions.
• Familiarity with transcription or audio-editing tools.
• Experience working on remote or freelance projects.
