Product Manager / Product Owner (Fintech)

We are looking for a Product Manager / Product Owner with a fintech background to drive API feature enhancements, sprint delivery and backlog grooming, working with Engineering, Data, Risk, Compliance and Sales to ship value fast in a regulated environment. Experience with B2B2C business models and Embedded Lending / POS financing is highly valued.

Remote position, based in Argentina.

Core Requirements (Must)

• Experience: 8+ years of product management, preferably in fintech, banking, lending, or payments.
• Technical Focus: API feature enhancements, sprint delivery, backlog grooming, and writing engineering tickets.
• Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication skills to influence cross-functional teams (Engineering, Data, Risk, Compliance, Sales).
• English: mandatory.

Key Competencies (Important)

• Business Model: Direct experience with B2B2C business models and Embedded Lending / POS financing.
• Execution & Discovery: Ability to ship value fast in regulated environments. Strong product discovery skills (research, prototyping, usability testing).
• Data-Driven: Comfortable with metrics, funnels, A/B testing, and querying data (SQL/Looker/Amplitude).
• Domain Knowledge: Familiar with KYC/KYB, fraud, underwriting, and API-driven partner integrations/migrations.

Nice to Have

• Industry Context: Background in BNPL, POS financing, SMB financing, or merchant-led sales flows (Home Improvement is a bonus).
• Compliance & Tools: Exposure to credit policy and privacy regulations. Familiarity with Salesforce, Figma, JIRA, and Snowflake.
