AI Product Engineer (Full-Stack + Agentic AI)

We're looking for an AI Product Engineer to join a fast-growing B2B SaaS company building the next generation of AI-powered business software. You'll work directly with the CTO to architect and develop an agentic AI platform capable of connecting multiple business systems, including ERP, CRM, spreadsheets, calendars, email, analytics, and compliance platforms, creating intelligent workflows that automate how companies interact with their operational data. This is a highly technical, product-oriented role where you'll help define both the architecture and the future of the platform. We're looking for someone who enjoys building products from the ground up, working with cutting-edge AI technologies, and solving complex business problems.

What You'll Work On

• Design and build an agentic AI platform capable of orchestrating multiple business systems and workflows.
• Architect multi-agent systems capable of executing reliable and secure business operations.
• Develop production-ready MCPs (Model Context Protocol) and AI integrations.
• Design scalable full-stack applications using modern web technologies.
• Build integrations with external business systems such as CRM, ERP, spreadsheets, analytics platforms, calendars, email providers and compliance tools.
• Collaborate directly with the CTO on product architecture and technical decisions.
• Ensure reliability, observability, permissions, and safe execution of AI workflows.
• Continuously evaluate emerging AI technologies and introduce improvements when appropriate.
• Contribute across the full product lifecycle, from technical design through deployment and continuous iteration.

Must-Have Requirements

• 5+ years of professional Full-Stack Software Engineering experience.
• Experience building production-grade B2B SaaS applications.
• Strong experience with React.
• Strong experience with TypeScript.
• Experience with Node.js.
• Experience with PostgreSQL.
• Experience with GraphQL.
• Experience designing scalable software architectures.
• Production experience with AI Engineering.
• Experience building multi-agent AI systems in production.
• Experience developing MCPs (Model Context Protocol) used in production.
• Strong understanding of production AI concerns, including: Reliability, Observability, Permissions, Safe workflow execution.

• Product-oriented mindset with strong ownership.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Compensation

• USD 90,000 – 100,000/year
