Apply to the roles companies hired us to fill.

The opening is real and decisions come in days. If your experience fits the role, Maia, our AI recruiter, interviews you. Humans make the final call on the three the company meets, and everyone interviewed gets an answer.

01 · Apply

One application, free

Your resume in English, PDF. Maia reads it against the role, the same rubric for everyone. Make your relevant skills easy to find: the resume is what gets you into the interview.

02 · Interview

Maia interviews you

A 5 to 10 minute recorded voice interview, on your schedule, scored against the role's must-haves. Your interview is your case, not your resume.

03 · Review

Humans pick the final three

Our team reviews the scores and the strongest interviews, and picks the three the company meets. You hear back either way.

04 · Meet the company

We introduce you by email

If you are one of the three, we connect you with the company directly. From there you schedule with them and follow their process.

The screen, not the verdict

Ten minutes with Maia is a screen, not a decision about you. No one reaches a company without human review, the company interviews you like in any process, and some roles include a second, more technical interview. Maia opens the door; people make the calls.

Thirty seats instead of five

A human recruiter juggling five searches has time to interview maybe five people per role, the ones with the prettiest resumes. Maia has time for around thirty. The extra seats go to people whose resume alone would never have made the cut. One of them might be yours.

Zero comes out of your pay

Screening with technology instead of a big team is what lets us charge companies one small flat fee, the same whatever you earn, and take nothing from your pay, ever. Done with humans, the math closes only two ways: higher fees and fewer roles for you, or a cut of your salary. We refuse both.

Fair by design: yes, we also sell talent services, so you might wonder whether paying helps you here. It does not, in either direction: nobody can pay to become one of the three, and skipping the services costs you nothing. Your fit gets you the interview, and your interview decides if you are one of the three the company meets.
